This course is being offered for the first time as a fully online course. In many ways, the course is similar to a regular in-class offering (readings, written assignments, and final exam), but there are significant differences (such as the online webinar and collaborative projects). Learning goals and outcomes are based on traditional pedagogical theories and considerations, as well as those specific to online learning.
